AboutLysolone 4MG Tablet contains Deflazacort 4mg, a corticosteroid used to treat inflammatory and allergic conditions including asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, severe allergies, and autoimmune diseases.Usage Instructions: Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily in the morning with food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Do not stop suddenly; taper dose gradually under medical supervision. Provides potent anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and antiallergic effects.Side Effects: Common: increased appetite, weight gain, mood changes, insomnia, indigestion, increased blood sugar, fluid retention, increased susceptibility to infections. Serious: adrenal suppression (with long-term use), osteoporosis, cataracts, glaucoma, severe infections, peptic ulcers, hypertension, diabetes, muscle weakness, growth suppression in children.Safety Advice: Do not stop suddenly after long-term use (adrenal insufficiency risk). Taper dose gradually. Take with food to reduce GI upset. Monitor blood sugar, blood pressure, bone density, and eye health with long-term use. Avoid live vaccines.
