AboutMacliga Tablet is an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor used to manage Type 2 diabetes mellitus by slowing carbohydrate absorption and reducing post-meal blood sugar spikes.Usage Instructions: Take at the start of each main meal as directed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water. If you skip a meal, skip the dose.
