AboutMaifen Tablet contains Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for treating pain, inflammation, and menstrual cramps.Usage Instructions: Take after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water. Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration.
