AboutMartivon 10MG Tablet contains Vonoprazan 10mg, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) used to treat stomach ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and acid-related disorders.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Continue even if feeling well. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice. More potent and faster onset than PPIs. Provides sustained acid suppression with once-daily dosing.Side Effects: Common: headache, diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, constipation, rash. Serious: severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, low magnesium with long-term use, vitamin B12 deficiency, increased risk of infections (C. difficile, pneumonia), bone fractures with long-term use.Safety Advice: Monitor for signs of liver problems (jaundice, dark urine, severe fatigue). Long-term use may increase fracture risk and cause nutrient deficiencies. Inform doctor of persistent diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, or signs of allergic reaction.
