AboutMontemac BL Tablet is an anti-allergic medicine used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy nose, and watery eyes.Usage Instructions: Take exactly as advised. For best absorption, take on an empty stomach and avoid fruit juice around the dose unless the doctor advises otherwise.Benefits: Helps relieve nasal allergy symptoms; Reduces itching, sneezing, congestion, and watery eyes; May support control of allergy-related respiratory symptoms.How it Works: Bilastine blocks histamine receptors, while montelukast blocks leukotrienes that contribute to airway and nasal inflammation.Side Effects: Headache, dizziness, nausea, tiredness, abdominal discomfort, or drowsiness may occur.Safety Advice: This is not for immediate relief of an acute asthma attack.
