AboutNaprovin D 500 Tablet is a combination pain relief medication containing naproxen (500 mg) and domperidone, used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions, arthritis, dental pain, menstrual pain, and other inflammatory conditions while reducing gastric side effects.Usage InstructionsTake with food or immediately after meals to minimize stomach upset. Swallow whole with water. Usual adult dose is one tablet twice daily or as prescribed by your physician.
