About: Neucognix ER 82.5 Tablet combines Donepezil and Memantine for treating moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease and dementia.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time, preferably in evening. Swallow extended-release tablet whole; do not crush or chew. Take with or without food.Benefits: Improves cognitive function, slows dementia progression, treats memory loss, enhances daily functioning, dual mechanism for Alzheimer's disease, once-daily dosing.How it Works: Donepezil inhibits acetylcholinesterase increasing acetylcholine; Memantine blocks NMDA receptors reducing glutamate excitotoxicity - complementary mechanisms.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, headache, confusion, rare: bradycardia, seizures, hallucinations, GI bleeding.Safety Advice: Use caution in cardiac conditions, asthma, seizures, peptic ulcer.
