Neurobriv 100 Tablet contains Pregabalin, an anticonvulsant used to treat neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and as adjunctive therapy for partial seizures.
Usage Instructions:
Take exactly as prescribed, usually 2-3 times daily. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not stop abruptly.

How it Works:
Pregabalin binds to alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters (glutamate, noradrenaline, substance P).
Side Effects:
Dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, peripheral edema, blurred vision, weight gain, difficulty concentrating, rare: suicidal thoughts.
Safety Advice:
Do not drive if drowsy. Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants. Taper gradually when discontinuing. Use caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment needed).
Storage:
Store below 30°C in dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep securely. Use within expiry date.
