About: Noklot AV 20 Capsule combines Atorvastatin 20mg, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin for comprehensive cardiovascular protection in high-risk patients.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow capsule whole with water. Take at same time each day for consistent effect.Benefits: Lowers cholesterol, prevents blood clots, reduces cardiovascular event risk, prevents heart attack and stroke, stabilizes atherosclerotic plaques.How it Works: Atorvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase lowering LDL cholesterol; Clopidogrel and Aspirin inhibit platelet aggregation through different pathways preventing clot formation.Side Effects: Muscle pain, weakness, elevated liver enzymes, bleeding, bruising, stomach upset, heartburn, headache, dizziness, rare: rhabdomyolysis, severe bleeding.Safety Advice: Monitor liver function and CPK levels.
