About: Noklot Gold 10 Capsule is a triple combination of Atorvastatin 10mg, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin for cardiovascular disease prevention.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with water. Swallow capsule whole. Take with food if gastric upset occurs. Continue as prescribed long-term.Benefits: Comprehensive cardioprotection, lipid lowering, antiplatelet effect, reduces risk of recurrent MI and stroke, improves survival in CAD patients.How it Works: Three-drug synergy: statin reduces cholesterol and stabilizes plaques; dual antiplatelet therapy prevents thrombus formation on ruptured plaques.Side Effects: GI discomfort, muscle aches, elevated liver enzymes, epistaxis, ecchymosis, dyspepsia, headache, increased bleeding time.Safety Advice: Avoid NSAIDs concurrently.
