About: Noklot Gold 20 Capsule contains Atorvastatin 20mg, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin for moderate-to-high risk cardiovascular patients.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time. Swallow whole with adequate water. May take with meals to reduce GI side effects.Benefits: Optimal lipid control, prevents atherothrombotic events, reduces cardiovascular mortality, indicated post-ACS and PCI.How it Works: Atorvastatin lowers LDL and triglycerides; Clopidogrel prevents platelet activation; Aspirin provides additional antiplatelet coverage.Side Effects: Abdominal pain, constipation, nausea, myopathy, elevated CPK, bleeding gums, petechiae, rare: angioedema, Stevens-Johnson syndrome.Safety Advice: Assess bleeding risk before initiation.
