About: Noklot Tablet contains Clopidogrel 75mg, an antiplatelet agent used alone or with aspirin to prevent cardiovascular events.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow tablet whole with water. Do not discontinue abruptly without consulting doctor.Benefits: Prevents blood clots, reduces risk of heart attack and stroke, indicated in ACS, post-MI, post-stroke, and peripheral artery disease.How it Works: Irreversibly binds to P2Y12 ADP receptor on platelet surface, inhibiting platelet activation and aggregation for lifespan of platelet (7-10 days).Side Effects: Bleeding (most common), bruising, epistaxis, GI bleeding, diarrhea, rash, pruritus, rare: TTP, severe neutropenia.Safety Advice: Increased bleeding risk with NSAIDs, warfarin, PPIs may reduce efficacy. CYP2C19 poor metabolizers have reduced response. Stop 5-7 days before elective surgery.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from moisture. Keep in original packaging.
