About: Obeda 3mg Tablet contains Rabeprazole, Domperidone, and Levosulpiride for treating GERD, acid reflux, and functional dyspepsia.Usage Instructions: Take once daily before breakfast. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Take on empty stomach for best absorption.Benefits: Treats acid reflux and heartburn, reduces nausea and vomiting, improves gastric emptying, treats functional dyspepsia, triple-action therapy.How it Works: Rabeprazole inhibits acid production (PPI); Domperidone enhances gastric motility; Levosulpiride is prokinetic and antiemetic.Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal cramps, galactorrhea, extrapyramidal symptoms (rare), QT prolongation (rare).Safety Advice: Not for GI obstruction.
