About: Obeda 7mg Tablet is a higher-strength combination of Rabeprazole, Domperidone, and Levosulpiride for severe GERD and dyspepsia.Usage Instructions: Take once daily before breakfast. Swallow whole with water. Take consistently at same time. Do not crush or chew.Benefits: Superior acid control, treats refractory GERD, reduces severe nausea and vomiting, improves gastric emptying, manages functional dyspepsia effectively.How it Works: Triple mechanism: PPI reduces acid secretion; dual prokinetics enhance gastric motility and reduce nausea through different pathways.Side Effects: Similar to 3mg but may have increased risk: headache, diarrhea, galactorrhea, extrapyramidal symptoms, QT prolongation.Safety Advice: Same precautions as lower strength.
