About: Onbis T 2.5/40mg Tablet combines Bisoprolol 2.5mg and Telmisartan 40mg for treating hypertension.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not stop abruptly. Take consistently.Benefits: Controls high blood pressure, reduces cardiovascular risk, prevents stroke and heart attack, dual mechanism for better BP control, once-daily dosing.How it Works: Bisoprolol is beta-blocker reducing heart rate and contractility; Telmisartan is ARB blocking angiotensin II receptors causing vasodilation.Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, bradycardia, hypotension, cough (less than ACE inhibitors), hyperkalemia, rare: angioedema, renal impairment.Safety Advice: Do not stop abruptly (rebound hypertension). Monitor BP, heart rate, kidney function, and potassium. Use caution in asthma, diabetes. Not for pregnancy.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
