About: Onbis T 5/40mg Tablet combines Bisoprolol 5mg and Telmisartan 40mg for moderate to severe hypertension management.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time each day. Swallow whole with water. Can be taken with or without food. Continue long-term as prescribed.Benefits: Effective BP control in resistant hypertension, reduces cardiovascular events, protects kidneys in diabetics, synergistic dual mechanism, convenient once-daily dosing.How it Works: Bisoprolol reduces cardiac output and renin release; Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II effects causing vasodilation and reduced aldosterone.Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, bradycardia, hypotension, hyperkalemia, elevated creatinine, rare: syncope, angioedema, acute renal failure.Safety Advice: Monitor BP, heart rate, renal function, and electrolytes regularly.
