AboutPOLESTAR DSR Capsule contains Esomeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30mg for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gastric motility disorders.Usage Instructions: Take once daily before breakfast. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take on empty stomach for optimal effect.Benefits: Reduces stomach acid, treats GERD, relieves heartburn and acid reflux, improves gastric emptying, reduces nausea and vomiting.How it Works: Esomeprazole inhibits H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) reducing acid secretion; Domperidone enhances gastric motility and has antiemetic effects.Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal discomfort, dizziness, fatigue, hyperprolactinemia (rare).Safety Advice: Take before meals.
