AboutPP Troy D Capsule is a combination pain reliever containing Paracetamol, Tramadol, and Diclofenac used to relieve moderate to moderately severe pain with inflammation.Usage Instructions: Take one capsule every 6-8 hours as needed for pain, or as directed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water; do not crush, chew, or open. May be taken with or without food. Take with food to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours. Use lowest effective dose for shortest duration.Benefits: Relieves moderate to moderately severe pain including postoperative pain, musculoskeletal pain, back pain, dental pain, joint pain, and chronic pain conditions. Provides triple action: opioid analgesic (tramadol), non-opioid analgesic (paracetamol), and anti-inflammatory (diclofenac). Faster and more effective pain relief than single agents alone. How it Works: Tramadol is a weak mu-opioid receptor agonist and inhibits reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, enhancing descending inhibitory pain pathways. Paracetamol inhibits COX enzymes in CNS, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and pain perception. Diclofenac inhibits COX-1 and COX-2, reducing prostaglandins at inflammatory sites. Together they provide synergistic analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects.Side Effects: Common: nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, constipation, dry mouth, fatigue, stomach pain, heartburn. Serious: respiratory depression (rare), seizures, serotonin syndrome, stomach ulcers/bleeding, liver toxicity, kidney impairment, cardiovascular events, dependence/withdrawal with prolonged use, severe allergic reactions.Safety Advice: Risk of dependence with prolonged use; use only as prescribed. Avoid alcohol and CNS depressants. Do not drive or operate machinery initially. Contraindicated in severe respiratory depression, active peptic ulcer, severe heart/kidney/liver disease, or MAOI use. Use caution in elderly, seizure disorders, or cardiovascular disease. Do not exceed recommended dose (liver failure risk). Inform doctor of difficulty breathing, confusion, black stools, or severe abdominal pain.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original packaging. Keep out of reach of children. This is a controlled substance; store securely.
