About: Prazarp DSR Capsule combines Pantoprazole and Domperidone SR for treating GERD, acid reflux, and dyspepsia.Usage Instructions: Take once daily before breakfast. Swallow sustained-release capsule whole; do not crush or chew. Take on empty stomach for best absorption.Benefits: Treats acid reflux and heartburn, reduces nausea and vomiting, improves gastric emptying, treats functional dyspepsia, heals erosive esophagitis.How it Works: Pantoprazole inhibits acid production (PPI); Domperidone enhances gastric motility and reduces nausea.Side Effects: Headache, diarrhea, dry mouth, abdominal cramps, galactorrhea (rare), QT prolongation (rare), extrapyramidal symptoms.Safety Advice: Not for GI obstruction. Use caution in cardiac conditions. Avoid in prolactinoma. Not for long-term use without monitoring. Report breast discharge.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture.
