About: Pulmopres Tablet contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not stop without consulting doctor.Benefits: Improves exercise capacity, reduces pulmonary pressure, relieves shortness of breath, delays disease progression in PAH.How it Works: Inhibits PDE-5 enzyme, increasing cGMP levels, causing pulmonary vasodilation and reducing pulmonary vascular resistance.Side Effects: Headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, muscle pain, back pain, dizziness, rare: vision loss, hearing loss.Safety Advice: Do not use with nitrates or riociguat.
