Title
Rabesoor D 15 Capsules
Prescription drug
About: Rabesoor D Capsule is a prescription PPI–prokinetic combination used for treating GERD, chronic acidity and peptic ulcers, on lines similar to other rabeprazole–domperidone products used in clinical practice.
Usage Instructions: Take the capsule before meals, in the dose and duration recommended by your doctor; swallow it whole with water without opening or chewing it.
Benefits: It reduces excess acid, promotes faster gastric emptying and provides sustained relief from symptoms such as burning pain in the chest or upper abdomen, sour regurgitation, nausea and fullness after meals.
How it Works: The PPI component blocks acid secretion at the proton pump level in stomach parietal cells, while the prokinetic increases movement of the stomach and upper gut, preventing backflow of acid into the food pipe.
Side Effects: Headache, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal cramps, flatulence, dizziness or dry mouth may occur; serious effects like severe diarrhoea, black or bloody stools, chest pain or allergic reactions need urgent care.
Safety Advice: Long‑term therapy should be periodically reviewed; use with caution in patients with liver disease, electrolyte imbalance, or when combined with drugs that can prolong QT interval or alter magnesium levels.
Storage: Store capsules in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from light and moisture, and keep out of reach of children.
