AboutRedhaem Tablet is an iron and folic acid supplement used to treat and prevent iron deficiency anemia, especially during pregnancy, lactation, and in women with heavy menstrual bleeding.Usage Instructions: Take one tablet daily with or after meals, or as directed by your doctor. Swallow whole with water or fruit juice. Avoid taking with tea, coffee, milk, or antacids (reduces absorption). Take at least 2 hours apart from calcium supplements or thyroid medications.
