AboutRegeparin 60 Injection contains Enoxaparin, a low molecular weight heparin used to prevent and treat blood clots (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism).Usage Instructions: Administered by subcutaneous injection by healthcare professional or trained caregiver. Inject into fatty tissue of abdomen. Rotate injection sites. Do not inject intramuscularly.Benefits: Prevents blood clot formation, treats existing clots, reduces risk of DVT after surgery, prevents complications in heart attacks, convenient subcutaneous administration.How it Works: Enoxaparin enhances antithrombin III activity, inhibiting factor Xa and thrombin, preventing fibrin formation and clot development.Side Effects: Injection site reactions, bleeding, bruising, thrombocytopenia, elevated liver enzymes, rare: spinal/epidural hematoma, osteoporosis with long-term use.Safety Advice: Monitor for signs of bleeding.
