AboutRosuson Gold 20MG Capsule is a combination of Rosuvastatin 20mg, Aspirin 75mg, and Clopidogrel 75mg used to prevent heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular events in very high-risk patients with established cardiovascular disease.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow capsule whole with water; do not crush, chew, or open. Continue even if feeling well. Take consistently at the same time daily. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice.Benefits: Provides intensive cholesterol lowering and antiplatelet therapy in single capsule, prevents heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular death in very high-risk patients, significantly lowers LDL cholesterol (>50% reduction), prevents blood clot formation and stent thrombosis, manages acute coronary syndrome and peripheral arterial disease, reduces need for multiple pills and improves compliance.How it Works: Rosuvastatin potently inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, markedly reducing cholesterol synthesis and upregulating hepatic LDL receptors. Aspirin irreversibly acetylates COX-1 in platelets, blocking thromboxane A2 synthesis and preventing platelet aggregation. Clopidogrel irreversibly antagonizes P2Y12 ADP receptors, inhibiting platelet activation and aggregation. Combined action provides maximal lipid lowering and antithrombotic protection.Side Effects: Common: headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, myalgia, arthralgia, dyspepsia, bruising, epistaxis. Serious: rhabdomyolysis with acute renal failure, hepatotoxicity, major bleeding (GI, intracranial, retroperitoneal), thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, severe hypersensitivity reactions, new-onset or worsening diabetes, interstitial lung disease.Safety Advice: Baseline and periodic monitoring of liver enzymes, lipid profile, and CK required. Discontinue if CK >10× ULN or if myopathy suspected. Avoid concomitant use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, cyclosporine, or gemfibrozil. Limit alcohol. Contraindicated in active bleeding, severe liver disease, pregnancy, or lactation. Report unexplained muscle pain, weakness, dark urine, jaundice, unusual bleeding, black stools, or severe腹痛 immediately.
