About: Rozecap Gold 20 Capsule combines Rosuvastatin 20mg, Aspirin, and Clopidogrel for comprehensive cardiovascular protection.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow capsule whole with water. Take at same time each day for consistent effect.Benefits: Lowers cholesterol, prevents blood clots, reduces cardiovascular event risk, prevents heart attack and stroke, indicated post-ACS and PCI.How it Works: Rosuvastatin inhibits cholesterol synthesis; Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX-1; Clopidogrel blocks P2Y12 ADP receptors - triple cardioprotection.Side Effects: Muscle pain, bleeding, bruising, GI upset, elevated liver enzymes, dyspepsia, headache, rare: rhabdomyolysis, severe bleeding, hepatotoxicity.Safety Advice: Monitor LFTs and CPK. Report unexplained muscle pain or bleeding. Avoid NSAIDs. Use PPI if high GI bleed risk. Not for active bleeding or severe liver disease.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place.
