About: Rozitiq CV 20mg Tablet combines Rosuvastatin 20mg, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin for comprehensive cardiovascular protection.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at same time each day for consistent effect. Continue long-term as prescribed.Benefits: Lowers cholesterol, prevents blood clots, reduces cardiovascular event risk, prevents heart attack and stroke, indicated post-ACS and PCI, triple cardioprotection.How it Works: Rosuvastatin inhibits cholesterol synthesis; Clopidogrel blocks P2Y12 ADP receptors; Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX-1 - comprehensive cardiovascular protection.Side Effects: Muscle pain, bleeding, bruising, GI upset, elevated liver enzymes, dyspepsia, headache, rare: rhabdomyolysis, severe bleeding, hepatotoxicity.Safety Advice: Monitor LFTs and CPK. Report unexplained muscle pain or bleeding. Avoid NSAIDs. Use PPI if high GI bleed risk. Not for active bleeding or severe liver disease.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack.
