AboutRydgona Respules is an inhaled bronchodilator used for maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.Usage Instructions: Use only with a nebuliser as prescribed. Do not swallow or inject. Open one respule, add to nebuliser cup, and inhale the mist through the mouthpiece until the medicine is finished. Clean the nebuliser after each use.Benefits: Helps keep airways open; Reduces breathlessness and wheezing; Supports easier breathing in COPD; May reduce flare-ups when used regularly.How it Works: Revefenacin is a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) that relaxes airway muscles by blocking acetylcholine receptors, improving airflow in COPD.Side Effects: Dry mouth, throat irritation, cough, headache, constipation, urinary retention, or blurred vision may occur.Safety Advice: Not for acute breathlessness. Inform the doctor about glaucoma, prostate enlargement, urinary problems, or heart conditions. Do not exceed prescribed frequency.
