AboutS-ONE TRIO 15mg Capsule is a combination anticancer medication containing Tegafur, Gimeracil, and Oteracil for treating gastric (stomach) cancer.Usage Instructions: Take twice daily after meals, in the morning and evening. Swallow whole with water. Take for 14 days followed by 7 days rest as per cycle. Follow oncologist's instructions.Benefits: Treats gastric cancer, inhibits cancer cell growth, enhances chemotherapy efficacy, improves survival rates, oral convenience.How it Works: Tegafur converts to 5-FU (antimetabolite); Gimeracil inhibits 5-FU degradation; Oteracil reduces GI toxicity - combined effect enhances anticancer activity.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, fatigue, stomatitis, hand-foot syndrome, neutropenia, anemia, elevated liver enzymes.Safety Advice: Regular blood monitoring required.
