AboutSacuval D 200 is a prescription heart-failure medicine containing Sacubitril and Valsartan. It is used to reduce symptoms and cardiovascular risk in selected patients with chronic heart failure.Usage InstructionsTake exactly as prescribed, usually twice daily or according to the specialist’s instructions. Swallow whole with water. Do not take with an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor without the required washout period specified by the doctor.BenefitsMay reduce heart-failure symptoms, hospitalisation risk and cardiovascular mortality in appropriately selected patients.How it WorksSacubitril increases beneficial natriuretic peptide activity by inhibiting neprilysin.
