AboutSALID 24 Ointment contains Salicylic Acid 24% w/w, a keratolytic agent for treating warts, corns, calluses, and hyperkeratotic skin conditions.Usage Instructions: Apply thin layer to affected area once or twice daily. Wash hands after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and healthy skin. Use occlusive dressing if directed.Benefits: Removes warts and corns, softens thick skin, exfoliates dead skin cells, treats hyperkeratosis, unclogs pores, keratolytic action.How it Works: Salicylic Acid breaks down keratin protein in skin, causing shedding of dead skin cells and dissolution of hyperkeratotic lesions.Side Effects: Skin irritation, burning, stinging, peeling, dryness, allergic contact dermatitis (rare).Safety Advice: For external use only. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, and large areas of skin. Do not use on inflamed or broken skin. Not for use in children under 2 years.
