AboutSartel BISO 5mg Tablet contains Bisoprolol 5mg, a selective beta-1 blocker for managing high blood pressure and heart conditions.Usage Instructions: Take once daily, preferably in the morning, with or without food. Swallow whole with adequate water.Benefits: Controls blood pressure, reduces cardiac workload, prevents chest pain, manages heart rhythm, protects heart function.How it Works: Selectively blocks beta-1 adrenergic receptors in the heart, decreasing heart rate and force of contraction, reducing blood pressure.Side Effects: Dizziness, tiredness, bradycardia, cold hands and feet, gastrointestinal upset, sleep problems.Safety Advice: Do not stop suddenly to avoid rebound hypertension.
