AboutSeizox 300 Tablet contains Oxcarbazepine 300mg for treatment of partial seizures and trigeminal neuralgia with improved tolerability profile.Usage Instructions: Take twice daily as prescribed. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow tablet whole with water. Maintain consistent dosing schedule. Do not discontinue suddenly.Benefits: Effective seizure control, reduces trigeminal neuralgia pain, fewer drug interactions than older anticonvulsants, once or twice daily dosing, suitable for long-term use.How it Works: Blocks voltage-sensitive sodium channels in neuronal membranes, preventing spread of seizure activity and stabilizing nerve impulse transmission.Side Effects: Dizziness, somnolence, headache, nausea, diplopia, fatigue, vomiting, ataxia, abnormal gait, hyponatremia, rare: Stevens-Johnson syndrome.Safety Advice: Regular monitoring of sodium levels required. Avoid abrupt discontinuation. Use effective contraception (reduces OCP efficacy). Report severe skin reactions or signs of allergy.Storage: Store below 30°C in dry place.
