About: Seromune 500mg Tablet contains Mycophenolate Mofetil, an immunosuppressant used to prevent organ rejection after transplantation.Usage Instructions: Take twice daily on empty stomach (1 hour before or 2 hours after food). Swallow whole; do not crush or chew.Benefits: Prevents kidney, liver, or heart transplant rejection, suppresses immune response, improves graft survival.How it Works: Inhibits inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase, blocking purine synthesis in lymphocytes, suppressing T and B cell proliferation.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, high blood pressure, decreased WBC, anemia, increased infection risk, rare: malignancies.Safety Advice: Avoid live vaccines. Use effective contraception (teratogenic). Monitor blood counts regularly. Report signs of infection immediately.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light.
