About: Sitabite DM 100/10/1000mg is a triple combination of Sitagliptin, Dapagliflozin, and Metformin ER for comprehensive type 2 diabetes management.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with evening meal. Swallow extended-release tablets whole; do not crush or chew.
