AboutSOBISIS EC Forte Tablet is an anti-tuberculosis combination medication used as part of standard treatment for tuberculosis under medical supervision.Usage Instructions: Take on an empty stomach as prescribed, usually once daily. Swallow whole with water. Take at same time each day. Complete full treatment course.Benefits: Treats tuberculosis, kills TB bacteria, prevents drug resistance, standard anti-TB therapy, combination treatment.How it Works: Isoniazid inhibits mycolic acid synthesis; Rifampicin inhibits RNA synthesis; Pyrazinamide disrupts bacterial metabolism; Ethambutol inhibits cell wall formation.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, liver enzyme elevation, orange discoloration of urine/tears, peripheral neuropathy, visual changes, joint pain.Safety Advice: Take with pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) to prevent neuropathy. Avoid alcohol. Monitor liver function regularly. Report vision changes, numbness, or jaundice immediately. Not for use in severe liver disease.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original packaging.
