AboutStatolip F Tablet combines Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate for comprehensive lipid management in mixed dyslipidemia and high cardiovascular risk patients.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with meals. Swallow whole with water. Take at same time each day. Continue with diet and exercise program.Benefits: Reduces LDL and triglycerides, increases HDL cholesterol, comprehensive lipid control, reduces cardiovascular risk, convenient combination therapy.How it Works: Atorvastatin inhibits cholesterol synthesis via HMG-CoA reductase blockade. Fenofibrate activates PPAR-alpha, increasing lipoprotein lipase activity and reducing triglyceride production.Side Effects: Muscle pain, weakness, GI upset, elevated liver enzymes, increased creatinine, rare: rhabdomyolysis, hepatotoxicity, cholelithiasis.Safety Advice: Monitor liver function and CK levels. Avoid grapefruit juice. Report unexplained muscle pain. Use caution in kidney disease. Not for active liver disease or pregnancy.Storage: Store below 30°C in cool, dry place.
