AboutSwitdapa Trio is a prescription combination tablet containing Dapagliflozin, Sitagliptin and Metformin. It is used with diet and exercise for blood glucose control in adults with Type 2 diabetes.Usage InstructionsTake with food and exactly as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water if it is a modified-release formulation. Do not crush or chew unless the product label permits it.
