AboutSwitglim M 1/500 is a prescription combination tablet containing Glimepiride and Metformin. It is used with diet and exercise to help control blood glucose in adults with Type 2 diabetes.Usage InstructionsTake with food and exactly as prescribed. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew unless the product label permits it.
