AboutSwitglim M 1/500 is a prescription combination tablet containing Glimepiride and Metformin. It is used with diet and exercise to help control blood glucose in adults with Type 2 diabetes.Usage InstructionsTake with food and exactly as prescribed. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew unless the product label permits it. Do not skip meals.BenefitsHelps improve blood glucose control through complementary effects on insulin release and insulin sensitivity.How it WorksGlimepiride stimulates insulin release from pancreatic beta cells.
