AboutSwitglim M 4/500 is a prescription combination of Glimepiride and Metformin for Type 2 diabetes. It is used when combination therapy is prescribed along with diet, exercise and glucose monitoring.Usage InstructionsTake with food at the prescribed time. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew or alter the sustained-release tablet unless instructed.
