AboutTelcem Trio 50mg Tablet is a triple combination containing Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Chlorthalidone for treating resistant hypertension.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in morning, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Continue long-term as prescribed.Benefits: Effectively controls resistant hypertension, triple mechanism action, convenient single tablet, reduces cardiovascular risk.How it Works: Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II receptors (vasodilation). Amlodipine blocks calcium channels (vasodilation). Chlorthalidone is diuretic (reduces fluid volume). Combined action provides synergistic BP reduction.Side Effects: Dizziness, edema, fatigue, electrolyte imbalances, rare: hypotension, hyperkalemia, angioedema, renal impairment.Safety Advice: Monitor blood pressure and electrolytes regularly.
