About: Telinor Trio 12.5 Tablet combines Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Indapamide for treating resistant hypertension with triple mechanism.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Do not stop abruptly. Take consistently as prescribed.Benefits: Controls resistant hypertension, reduces cardiovascular risk, prevents stroke and heart attack, triple mechanism for better BP control, once-daily dosing convenience.How it Works: Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II receptors (ARB); Amlodipine is calcium channel blocker causing vasodilation; Indapamide is diuretic reducing fluid volume.Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, hypotension, peripheral edema, electrolyte imbalance (hypokalemia, hyponatremia), increased urination, rare: angioedema, renal impairment.Safety Advice: Monitor BP, electrolytes, and kidney function regularly.
