AboutTELMINORM 20mg Tablet contains Telmisartan 20mg, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) for treating hypertension and reducing cardiovascular risk.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at same time each day. Continue even if feeling well.Benefits: Lowers blood pressure, reduces cardiovascular risk, protects kidneys, prevents stroke and heart attack, once-daily dosing, well tolerated.How it Works: Telmisartan selectively blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion, causing vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.Side Effects: Dizziness, headache, fatigue, back pain, diarrhea, hypotension, hyperkalemia, elevated creatinine.Safety Advice: Monitor blood pressure and kidney function regularly.
