AboutTelsal H Tablet is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines two antihypertensive agents for better blood pressure control when single medication is insufficient.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at the same time each day.
