AboutTelsavus 40 Tablet contains Telmisartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure and reduce cardiovascular risk.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at the same time each day for best results.Benefits: Lowers high blood pressure, reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and cardiovascular death, treats heart failure, protects kidneys in diabetic patients.How it Works: Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II receptors, relaxing blood vessels, lowering blood pressure, reducing strain on the heart, and improving blood flow.Side Effects: Common: dizziness, back pain, diarrhea, fatigue, sinus congestion.
