AboutTemmy Plus Tablet is a combination antihypertensive medication used to treat high blood pressure when single medication is insufficient for adequate control.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take at the same time each day. Continue regularly even if you feel well.Benefits: Effective blood pressure control; Reduces cardiovascular risk; Dual-action formula; Once-daily convenience.How it Works: Contains Telmisartan which relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, and Amlodipine which blocks calcium channels, both working together to lower blood pressure.Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, swelling of ankles, headache, flushing, low blood pressure, palpitations.Safety Advice: Inform doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney disease.
