About: Tenebite 20mg Tablet contains Teneligliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor for treating type 2 diabetes mellitus as adjunct to diet and exercise.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at same time each day. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water.Benefits: Improves glycemic control, reduces HbA1c, glucose-dependent insulin secretion, low hypoglycemia risk, weight neutral, once-daily dosing.How it Works: Inhibits DPP-4 enzyme, prolonging action of incretin hormones (GLP-1, GIP), enhancing glucose-dependent insulin release and suppressing glucagon.Side Effects: Hypoglycemia (especially with sulfonylureas/insulin), headache, dizziness, constipation, diarrhea, nasopharyngitis, rare: pancreatitis, severe joint pain.Safety Advice: Not for type 1 diabetes or DKA. Use caution in renal impairment. Monitor for pancreatitis symptoms. Discontinue if severe hypersensitivity occurs.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep in original blister pack.
