About: Tenvir Tablet contains Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate, an antiretroviral used to treat HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B.Usage Instructions: Take once daily with food. Swallow whole with water. Do not miss doses to maintain viral suppression.Benefits: Suppresses HIV replication, reduces viral load, treats hepatitis B, improves immune function, prevents liver damage.How it Works: Tenofovir is converted to active form that inhibits viral reverse transcriptase, blocking viral DNA synthesis and replication.Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, headache, fatigue, decreased bone mineral density, kidney problems, lactic acidosis (rare).Safety Advice: Monitor kidney function and bone density.
