About: Texafemi MF Tablet combines Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid for treating heavy menstrual bleeding with pain.Usage Instructions: Take during menstruation as prescribed, usually 2-3 times daily. Swallow whole with food to reduce GI upset. Do not exceed recommended dose or duration.Benefits: Reduces heavy menstrual bleeding, relieves menstrual pain and cramps, treats menorrhagia, decreases blood loss, improves quality of life.How it Works: Tranexamic Acid inhibits fibrinolysis reducing bleeding; Mefenamic Acid is NSAID reducing pain and inflammation.Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, GI upset, rare: thromboembolism, GI bleeding, kidney problems.Safety Advice: Take with food.
