AboutTMZ HEART OD 80 Tablet contains Telmisartan 80mg, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce cardiovascular risk.Usage Instructions: Take once daily at the same time, with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Continue even if feeling well. Do not stop suddenly without medical advice. Also has PPAR-γ modulating activity, improving insulin sensitivity and providing metabolic benefits.Side Effects: Common: dizziness, headache, fatigue, back pain, diarrhea, upper respiratory infection. Serious: severe hypotension, acute kidney injury, hyperkalemia, angioedema (rare), severe allergic reactions, liver dysfunction, rhabdomyolysis.Safety Advice: Contraindicated in pregnancy (causes fetal toxicity), severe kidney disease, or hypersensitivity. Use caution in diabetes, liver disease, or electrolyte imbalances. Monitor blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels regularly.
