AboutTOLVAHIKE 30 Tablet contains Tolvaptan 30mg, a vasopressin receptor antagonist for managing hyponatremia and ADPKD.Usage Instructions: Take once daily in the morning with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take consistently at same time.Benefits: Corrects low sodium levels, promotes water excretion, slows cyst growth in ADPKD, improves serum sodium, reduces fluid overload.How it Works: Blocks V2 vasopressin receptors in renal collecting ducts, increasing free water excretion and raising serum sodium concentration.Side Effects: Thirst, polyuria, dry mouth, constipation, fatigue, hypernatremia, elevated liver enzymes, dehydration, nocturia.Safety Advice: Regular monitoring of serum sodium and liver function essential. Avoid grapefruit. Ensure adequate fluid access. Not for anuric patients or hepatic impairment. Report jaundice, dark urine, or right upper quadrant pain.Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place.
